ART EXPOSITION “ATAXIA”

After quite some time of illustrating and painting, the time has finally come; I am happy to announce here that I will be exhibiting some of my art in the place I was born, Corfu, Greece.

The idea of exhibiting my art was always something that was very present in my mind. Now the right moment has arrived and after the invitation of my dear friend Elysavet who is studying museology on Corfu, we decided to organise together an exhibition.

The purpose of this brief text is to present some of the artworks, illustrations and paintings. Further below, I am sharing some of the photos I took while preparing the material for the exposition. More material and images will be added in the future.

The exhibition will take place between the 18th and 31st of May 2025.

I started writing when I was a child. When I was a child they used to call me "Lallina". I come from Corfu, a small island in the Ionian Sea, Greece. In the past I used to live for three years in Germany and Berlin. After doing my Master and living in Germany I have decided in September 2018 to move to Barcelona. Spain is a magical country and I decided to move there after living in Germany to change my life and myself. Initially my plan was to study theater in Spain, but later I started building small puppets and entered the world of puppets for a while. Now I am are more interested in painting. As for writing, it was always my best companion. Empecé a escribir cuando era niño, en la escuela. Cuando era niña solían llamarme "Lallina". Vengo de Corfú, una pequeña isla en el mar Jónico, Grecia. En el pasado vivía durante tres años en Alemania y Berlín. Después de hacer mi maestría y vivir en Alemania, decidí mudarme a Barcelona en septiembre de 2018. España es un país mágico y decidí mudarme allí después de vivir en Alemania para cambiar mi vida y mi mundo interior. Inicialmente, mi plan era estudiar teatro en España, pero luego comencé a construir pequeños títeres y entré al mundo de los títeres por un tiempo. Ahora estoy más interesado en la pintura. La escritura, siempre fue mi mejor compañero. Bueno, probablemente descubrirán también algunos bocetos. En 2020 comencé también a grabar algunos de los textos, que están disponibles en soundcloud. El propósito era poner los textos a disposición de las personas que no pueden ver.
